How to register

Download the GP Registration Pack and print it out (unfortunately, some forms still need a physical signature).

Fill in the forms and send them back to us at 31 Peakirk Road, Deeping Gate, Peterborough PE6 9AH

We'll also need copies (please don't send originals) of these documents:

• GMC certificate
• PMETB / JCPTGP / VTS certificate
• Professional Insurance certificate
• Letter confirming inclusion on Medical Performers List
• CRB disclosure

We receive many enquiries from doctors outwith the UK. Please be aware that you MUST have registration on a Medical Performers list before we will offer you ANY work.

Additionally, the following are all useful:

• Current CV
• Two professional references
• Hep. B immunity
• Photo ID
